When you tweet at numerous of people for example:
"@jessica123 @567Gaga @1Drules @shanedawson @ARTPOP Check out my page and please follow back" do all of those people you included get the tweet sent to them?

yes. for every person you write @____, in your tweet, will later see that tweet in their interactions
