I have a very slow internet and bandwith is also limited. I can only download up to 100mb. Today I found this COD MW3 Full game download which is compressed to 98mb. So will this work. I have good pc but I have some bad feeling about this. The downloading link is http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/5662572/

Don't download from that site, it's filled with viruses!

No, it isn't filled with Viruses. You can always put it in an antiviral scan (the link) before you download to check for any real threats or false positives. However your download is obviously a virus or just BS. Mw3 is over 5gb in the lowest download, 98mb is far to low, download AVG antivirus or something and check the file to be sure.

We can not help with STEALING SOFTWARE.
We can tell you its most likely a virus.
AND if your download limit is 100mb, you cant download a 98mb file, your limit counts BOTH THE DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD - torrents will EAT THAT IN MINUTES.

Try buying it from a retail store, then you can install it from DVD Einstein.
