Hi,
Recently I have checked that my all keywords are fallen. But I don't know what is the exact reason, I think some issue is created in on page and off page and that's why all keywords are fallen. So please if anyone help me what is the problem on those fields and what should i do for this project on on page and off page optimization.

in On-page every thing is good, but the line spaces are more. try to decrease.
For off-page , first check the google webmaster tools. are you getting any message from Google. like webspam in your website, try to remove all the spammed backlinks from your linked website. otherwise use the disavow tool, for further use.

Try to change your keyword set.
On page Techniques:
Update Content on Regular Basis
Follow the rules while keeping the keywords in Meta Tags
Images should be in <alt>
Avoid Keyword Stuffing and Black hat SEO Techniques
Off page Optimization:
Social Bookmarking
Article Submission
Article Bookmarking
Guest Posting
Guest Blogging
Blog Commenting
Forum Submissions
Try to create a page in Facebook and other social networking sites.
Try to update fresh and Unique content.

Sadhan what keywords are you targeting? What is the analytics showing. Look at which visits dropped. which sources dried up.
Where the bounce rate is high.
What kind of link building was done recently - it might have affected rankings.
