I knew this guy in high school and I knew he was a sex offender because I was in Jail with him after I graduated high school. I have the evidence. The MDOC website says he commited a sex act in 2003 with a person under 13. I want to do it anonymously as this guy is locked up right now but could go after my family. As they still live in Michigan, and I live in New York.
yea but there is no sex offender option

all reports are anonymous - just go to his page and file a report - with any proof you have
