How do I set up a Facebook account on my sister's computer?

Go to Facebook. If your sister is still logged in, log her out. Then click the create account link and follow the directions.
Be sure to log out when you are done, otherwise, your sister or anyone else who uses that computer will still be logged into facebook as you.
