Do you use that tracker for Facebook to see who views your page? I just learned there was one, and I personally don't like those things - it makes me not want to go to other's pages.
Does it actually work? I remember trackers for myspace that didn't really work that well, and would cause a lot of issues.

No, I've never even tried to use it and it doesn't work.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.

The fbspace tracker doesn't track you when you visit their regular profile, but when they have it setup so that you can't really see anything interesting about them unless you check their fbspace, then you have to make a choice
