I have a major crush on this sophomore named Peyton, I'm in 9th grade and I've seen him around school like today, I've known him since I was in 6th grade but whenever I see him, my face turns red and I get sweaty, So I can't talk to him at all, Should I inbox him?

if you message him just say hi or hey I see you around a lot stop being a stranger or something like that

My first inclination as someone who grew up without facebook is just to walk up to the guy and say "Hey." and have a conversation. But maybe you kids do it differently nowadays.

Noooo! I did this and it's so embarrassing if it turns out they don't like you back, then the friendship is awkward after that.

I would talk in real life or face to face to him, let him get to know you, rather than on FB, you may get better results?
