I'm not interested in lying about my age and I couldn't find it on their website.

^^^ it says the minimum age when you scroll down to '2.3', but here they are anyway:
18 years for the People's Republic of China
16 years for the Netherlands
14 years for the US, Canada, Germany, Spain, Australia and South Korea
13 years for everywhere else in the world.
