I want to buy tickets on tickethurry and I want to know if I can trust it. I also want to know what it means when it says "Often cost more than face value" and the concert is on may 9 and it says the tickets will be ready by may 5 will they get to me in time?

They may cost more than face value. It depends on who is selling them.
If you cannot pick them up in person,it is doubtful they would reach you by mail in time.
