Since I live in an apartment, could I get that, the business class, instead of regular internet?

If you have any option other than TWC go with that. TWC likes to reroute traffic to high-traffic sites like YouTube and Netflix because they compete with cable tv. They reroute your traffic to busy "pipes" which slow down your connection. If you don't have a second option I would pay for regular service and then if you experience slow-downs I would pay for a VPN.

Why don't you ask them. Tell them you run a business out of your home if it makes you feel better.
