The Google page rank system appears to be based mainly on the number and quality of links from other sites, too often sites have most of their backlinks go to their home page, which could account for only the home page having rank.
Google only updates pr about 5 times a year, and went many months in 2013 with no updates, don't expect to see quick results.

Pagerank is an algorithm based on links. In your case your site may be too young, or there may not be enough pagerank to be distributed to the sub-pages of your site. In any case, in 2013 there was 1 pagerank update. It may be awhile till the next one.

Page Rank is Numeric value given by Google to website page. It is totally depends upon your backlinks. If you have quality backlinks then your page rank will improve.
May be PR will updates in March 2014.
