Okay so ive seen all these commercials with cheap cell phone plans, and i was looking on the websites, and NOWHERE on there does it say anything about these supposed "plans" so i was just wondering, are there any cell phone plans out there, with texting, dont have to have talking, that are $40 or less? If so, please send me a link to where these plans are on the website, thanks
