It depends. The only way to find out is to test it I'm afraid.
AdWords is an auction, whether you show up or not depends on your keywords, other advertisers bidding on them and the quality of your ad.

Besides, if you want to keep the Adwords costs to a minimum, be smart when choosing keyword for your campaign. They vary according to the number of searches, the bids, etc.
