When you are lurking at somebody else facebook page (going thru their photos,and videos and friends). Is their a way they can tell who is visiting their facebook page

well since you willingly post things to facebook they probably assume that all their friends look at their stuff. if you are not friends with them they obviously dont care who looks at stuff because they could easily set privacy settings. facebook is designed for people to do what you are describing.
