Facebook becomes public. What does that mean ? - Akil - 04-08-2014 08:57 PM

I have read some articles in the news about facebook going public. But all i read is about adverstising and people don't click enough on it...
But my question is, will our privacy not exist anymore ? Because now you can see a full profile only if you are friends (unless you set in your settings otherwise). But from friday, will that not exist anymore ? Could everyone see everyone's full profile ?

Thanks

Might be because of SOPA, PIPA, etc...
Bad idea...

When they say Facebook going public, they mean part of Facebook company is sold to the public for cash. This has nothing to do with your privacy and so you needn't have to worry.

i think it is an NO for your question. its all rumors to frighten the people who have a facebook account. We can manage our privacy settings. Nobody can change our Privacy settings !
