It's like any other job, a pressure cooker. Bosses telling youn they wanted it done yesterday, deadlines to meet, obnoxious people to deal with, etc.

Depends what level of management you're working in.
If you're at the lowest level - you're underpaid, and over worked.
-it's all about paying your dues.
----If you work at a respectable agency, you'll get to meet a lot of people at events and expanding your network
