I am an SEO executive,so my ip address is blacklisted by large amount ad posting etc.What some softwares change ip address continue.

Wow,,spammer is now an SEO executive? Real SEO professionals don't post ads, they ensure that web sites are maximized for search engines (That's what SEO stands for).

you need to change ISPs or resort to a paid proxy servers, with a dedicated windows server you can create a private proxy on a web hosting service.

I have been using always http://www.hidemyass.com it will give you new ISP from any country or works well.

I use the software Hidemyip. But i dont use it for spamming. I use it for doing off page for my clients from different countries. I found it is very useful. It is paid software costs $29.check: hide-my-ip.com
