What videos should I use for Video SEO? Anyone can give me Idea and tips about video seo? . I am planning to do a video for my website but I don't have any idea on how to do it after if I done the video.

If you are referring with Video submission strategy, then of course you should make a video according to your business. Then, after you have done this, submit the video to different video hosting sites like Youtube, Flixya, Vimeo and Photobucket. As you submit your video to these sites, you can leave link/s back to your site through your profile or video description.

You could just do it the easy way. I've used using a tried and proven method for 3 months and I've already doubled my monthly income. At this rate, i'll be quitting my job within a year!

Post the videos on your website or you can try submitting them on video sites like YouTube and more. Videos provide a lot of website traffic so it is a good choice.
