I ordered and paid for a brass personalized
necklace on the 24th of December and it says they still haven't shipped the item.
Should I be getting scared or am I being too impatient? (I ordered other personalized items & it says they have already been shipped.)

it is christmas, so there are fewer "work days" to ship out. shoot him and email, and if you get no response by January 7th open a case with ebay
