Can you end bid early on ebay as a seller? How to do that? do you have to pay any fees if so?What if there are bids on your item.

You cannot end the item if you have a bid or if the auction ends less than 12 hours.
Go to your Selling summary and at the right under Actions>More Actions drop down menu there is End Item. When you do that you have to check which reason, then item goes into your Unsold summary and you can relist. If you paid an insertion fee you dont get it back but there is no fee to end the listing early.
