My website wont appear on bing or yahoo search results. On google though!? - indikidder - 04-08-2014 09:14 PM

Google is better than yahoo.

If Google is a sucsessful businessman then bing is a toddler in the corner of the room, eating glue and putting lego up its nose

What have you done for SEO? Good key words? Lots of back links from high rated sites? Use forums and article directories for links?

Are are using a good seo tool like Webfire?

Your website would appear on search engines but would be on the 99th page. Getting a decent result on search engines takes time and effort. But if you got the money, you can hire an online promoter. That's what you call SEO expert or link builders. But mind you, you need to comply with google's rule on link building because you don't want your site to be penalized. I suggest, you read this article: http://www.timelapsestrategies.com/why-you-need-to-be-creating-content-for-your-website/ , so you will know the relationship between SEO and CONTENT. It's very helpful. Smile Good Luck!

Dude, it will only appear in any of these search engines when your site is crawlable.

Find the issue, like what avoiding search engines to crawl your website. fix it. and your website is ready for go.

PS: there can be many reason which avoid search engines to crawl website i;e use of iframe, poor site architecture, page load time, java scripts so-on.

Check how many pages is indexed in Google using this [site:www.yourwebsite.com]

Hey. Firstly, Yahoo is Bing - Yahoo no longer run their own search engine. So don't waste any time worrying about Yahoo, just focus on Google and Bing.

Having just checked, you are indeed in Google, and you are also in Bing. Just do a search in either engine for your URL and your website comes up top.

If the problem is actually that you are not showing up for phrases you would like to, then that's a different issue.

Google and Bing rank results differently and it is not uncommon to rank in one engine and not so much in another... Ranking in Google but not Bing is much better than the reverse.

Follow your basic SEO principals and create a valuable, worthwhile site and eventually your rankings in both search engines will improve.

My advice in general would be to focus more on generating traffic and less on your actual rankings. If you focus on generating traffic, good rankings normally follow anyway.

There is a difference between appearing on search engine and appearing on them on the first page for your keywords, which is what you need to do to get reasonable traffic.

i would recommend search engine optimization for dummies, and never ever to pay anyone to do seo
for you. So called experts can use black hat tricks to get you listed well only for the engines to find out and cast you nout into the wilderness.

It's worth trying adwords ( cautiously) to see of it is viable for your business. SET A STRICT BUDGET.
