it May Be a Error Message Code You Should Be Able to Send Messages to Each Other If you Cant it May Be a Error With Facebook Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem to Them

It's an error code. Try running Internet Explorer in Safe Mode, use FireFox, or download and reinstall Internet Explorer 8.
