We have a new product on the market and would love to get some real feedback!

Produce a promotional video that shows it in action, some condensed time lapse compilation of dozens of incidents might be illustrative, also having any youtube video page with a link to your business site helps attract visitors and boost search ranking, the same video can appear on your site as well. A bit of a pitch like you see the Aussies in infomercials or people on Shark Tank might be needed to exaggerate the need a bit. (There are shark tank episodes on youtube?)
Illustrating how one disposes of the waste while handling a car seat with one hand would help answer some people's questions.
While the name is a curiosity generator, I find it too non-specific, really it makes sense to get baby into the name, Babies Home Base is probably too abstract a way to describe a catching device, but getting baby into a domain name might have a small positive effect on search ranking as well.

Your site looks great! I can name a few things :
#1 - You should definitely have an infomercial type thing on the front of your website. It honestly took me a while to figure out what you guys were selling until I went into your reviews page.
#2 - I would highly recommend an affiliate setup where others can make money with your product by promoting it for you. I can help with that
#3 - I would highly recommend that you get some SEO done on your site and get it ranking for some baby product keywords.
