It's version 3.3.2 Beta, and some torrents work, but not often. I've ensured the firewall allows access, enabled DHT and practically everything else I've been able to find. I'd REALLY appreciate some help!

there may be no seeders available to download from. you have to wait till some seeders start seeding the torrent. but this is extremely unlikely. try downloading torrents with more number of seeders.
