I just joined Instagram and I am just curious is to how you make a wcw?
There is no way for me to save the girls picture to my phone so I have no way of using a picture of uploading a picture of her on Instagram? Does she have to text me a picture? Because I wanted it to be a surprise?

You can screen shot the picture or just take a picture of her name and post it

What kind of phone do you have ? And go to instagram on your PC screen shot that girl picture (shift+ prt sc)
and go to paint and paste it and crop only her picture out.
