Does that mean the [shipping money] will go back into my paypal account as well? It was like $50 from Hong Kong.
It says this
"items must be returned within: 30 days. Refunds will be given as money back. The buyer pays for return shipping"

It means "The buyer pays for return shipping". If you return it you do so at your own cost. They will not compensate you for the return shipping charge.
