So i unfollowed this guy on facebook, because i thought i followed him on my own. But then i figured out that your following everyone on your friends list now....So if i follow him again to see his post, will he know?

Well if your friends with him no but if you aren't it will show up.

I'm pretty sure the people you follow on Facebook don't know. I have a few people I follow on there, and they seem not to know.
