Hi, what's the difference between being a private and a business seller on ebay? do you pay less fees if you're a business seller? and do you keep paying fees even if you're not selling? thanks a lot.x

a business seller ,if you are unhappy with an item you can return it for a refund where a private seller if you are unhappy with an item is not obliged to give a refund

There is no fee difference. A business seller buys things with the intention of selling them for a profit. A private seller sells their own stuff.
Someone who has sold 50 of the same item but is shown as a private seller is also a liar.

If you are a business seller you are subject to the distance selling regs
If you are a private seller you aint.
