The pages of those people who have registered for facebook in their life time and then they pass away after? will there be an ownership issue? will Facebook actually "delete" them? how long will these pages be kept published?

Hello I will try to answer this for you. If Facebook is aware that the profile is of a deceased individual they wil leave it active for a time and a,low it to be what is called "a memorial site or page". Then friends of the individual can post memorial statements. I hope this helps you sincerely,
