today there are billion of websites .can anybody suggest me a topic upon which I can make a site?which is unique

Create a website on "Local Business Promotion". And visit local business places to pay you for listing their business on your site. Ofcourse you need to SEO your site to reach maximum people.

Well, you can get inspired by knowing the true* definition of the website. Which started as sharing informations* between computers. Informations* and social media*. These are the main targets of most web designers. Or, shopping website or website of a product you made(games, your products, and so on.). You can also make blogs .
Or forums.. well most tutorial* websites include forums as well. And this takes a lot of experience, but there are also search engines.
You told me to suggest you a topic.. that I can't do..
I can't suggest the topic to you unless I know a lot about you.
I do not know what you know a lot, what your hobby is, what do you like most... and so on.
