The first link from http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html takes me to Bing (Are they merged now?), the second is paid listing which i don't need at the moment, and the third link "Standard" does not exist.
My website url is http://vision7studio.com

Bing owns Yahoo search, I would guess you were submitting to the Yahoo search section.
The Yahoo directory (that seems to be fading away) has a $299/yr site review fee.
