No This is a Violation of the Yahoo Answers Rules Please Read the Rule Book to Understand What is Allowed and Not Allowed Asking People to Like your page on Facebook is Not Allowed you Can Get your Question Removed Points Can Be Taken Away you Can Even Get Suspended For Doing this
