I am learning HTML and all that lovely stuff and i want to be able to practice what i am learning. Are there any free website creators that use html and not the drag-and-drop system?

There are several free HTML editors and most have a mode where you can create and edit the html code. I think KompoZer will do this.

There are a lots of free and paid software to do this. But as per my personal conception - using these free tools one can not develop and create a good website. You have to be good enough in DreamWeaver and Photoshop. These 2 software are the major tools for designing and developing an website.
