after many years of asking my father i have finally retrieved from him where and when he meet my half sisters mother and am trying to find her and my half sister how do i go about this ?

Not so easy as living people have privacy rights and minors even more so,and so there is no records you can view apart from electoral rolls and phone books, websites like FB and other social media sites.........
