I'll be talking with my friend over the social media site and she will be talking to me and she will block me then unblock me over and over and over again and I'm just beginning to get really annoyed with it so I just said to her look I'm keeping you blocked permanent cause this is really annoying me have I said the right thing

Eurrgh no lie I had a friend who did exactly the same thing haha, frustrated me so much!! From knowing how much it annoyed me I think you did say the right thing to be honest with you, if she meant it as a joke she'll probably contact you in another way and explain
