Because I've been using Hootsuite, I've forgotten where the direct message outbox is. Do you know? Of course you do! I know I'm gonna go d'oh!

You have to click "Add Column" and then select the "Direct Message (Outbox)" option and click Create Column.
Then you will see the outbox! You can rearrange in twitter columns too by dragging it.
