my laptops WiFi is broken but Bluetooth works fine so is it possible to connect to my WiFi with my iPhone and then forward the connection to my laptop via Bluetooth or with a wire?

If it has "tethering" capabilities, and you have a data plan... Yes.

Unfortunately no but if you have 3g internet in your mobile from your network provider you could possibly connect your mobile to laptop and use your 3g mobile internet on laptop.

If your WiFi (built-in) is broken, you can buy an USB WiFi adapter. It's an option. =)

You should be able to connect your computer to the internet with a wired Ethernet connection. Just connect it temporarily until you get it fixed

if the phone has tethering you can link it up through bluetooth, if not, get a 3g USB modem. your provider can give you a sim card linked to the 1 you currently have
