Everytime I go to post a tweet it says 'unable to post tweet' What's wrong? I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app I don't know what else to do. Help!!

You either reached tweet limit which is 120 tweets + retweets
or you have been suspended! To check if you are, try dming (direct messaging) someone or favourite someone tweet, if you can't, you are suspended from twitter!
If you are suspended just fill out this form https://support.twitter.com/forms/general?subtopic=suspended and you will receive a email from twitter management.
but it's probably tweet limit, just wait a couple of hours then you can tweet again!
