I would LOVE to make a website about something but the thing is i dont know what. I dont want to make a blog or anything stupid like that? Any ideas

You first need an idea what type of website you want. think about what you are look at then look online for some free websites and domains or you can pay for them.
and blogs are not stupid FYI blogs can keep people up-to date on what is happening on your site then you add a link to that site and that gives you a backlinks
so if you think blogs are stupid give up now

This depends if you want it to be an information website which is fairly static (in that it's basically information), or a social website, where interaction with your viewers is the main point.

Your home town - a good one if you enjoy photography, local news & town history
Anything you have a special interest in
A business or organisation, to promote it

Honestly if you have no interests you want to share with others, you won't be motivated enough to make a site that ever emerges from obscurity, there are already too many half baked sites on the internet, really.
