I need to switch my account to the Chili one. Can someone give me simple step by step instructions?

If you are in the US and want to watch Netflix from a different country, you need to setup a proxy that tricks Netflix into thinking you are in Chile.
If you are a Netflix customer and will be travelling, it will automatically switch you to the country's feed. So if you are in Chile, and Netflix is available there, you will automatically see the Chile options.
