I downloaded the Instagram app on my phone and I was wondering if I could put text on the picture?? And does anyone know how to put a ringtone as a message tone on the Samsung Galaxy S2?

You can't. If you see people do that, they use an app, like PhotoGrid, to type text, then they save it, and upload it to Instagram. And to make a ringtone a message tone on SGS2
Go to your music file. Hold on the music you want. A popup should come up with options. This is from what I remember from having an android, but I'm not 100% sure

They add in text prior to posting. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar.
Also, you can't put a ringtone as a message tone. Your text message tone must be one of the stock ones already added onto your phone.
