They get paid to display ads on their site.

by having premium services and advertisements.

Okay, first they make money out of advertising whatever brand/product/whatever. Second they also make money by making all these "Premium Services" which allows you to have some extra perks that other free users does not have.. They make all these money usually via Credit Card/Bank-In all that.
