EBAY QUESTION PLEASE HELP? - Forever - 04-08-2014 09:40 PM

i put some stuff for bidding but i siold them already and didnt notice the time was up and it says the people who were bidding PAID! if i relist and then delete it will they get there money back ? or do i have to ship out the stuff cause it already says paid???? pls help

You're obliged to ship it out to them.

If you don't, you risk being permanently banned from ebay, if the buyers choose to complain about you to customer service. And even if they don't, they will most likely negative you, which will scare away future customers.

Also, if you choose not to send it, you have to refund the items as well. If you don't and they have to complain to e-bay because you refuse to refund or send out, you WILL get banned.

I'm afraid you agreed to ship the stuff out to them. If you no longer have the stuff, your options include:

1) Send the buyer a note apologizing for your slip-up and offer to a) refund their money or b) order something identical that you can buy from amazon.com, another ebay seller, or whoever. If you're a new seller, perhaps they'll be understanding, as they know there's a learning curve.

You can contact the buyer and tell them what the problem is, and ask him if you can refund his payment and cancel the transaction for the item you sold, and if he says yes, go on PayPal and refund his payment and cancel the transaction... and when the case is closed, you may relist the item, but I do not recommend doing this too many times because eBay may suspect something.

Suggestions: if you sold an item for under the price you wanted... either start the bidding at the minimum amount you want or set a reserve price.

first try to contact the buyer by ebay messenger. Tell him the problem. and also offer any other product which will cost you same as your sold item. if he is not agree for it try to refund the money from your paypal account to his paypal account. communicate him in a very polite way.... Sure problem will solve....

Happy selling.....................

No, since they paid for the stuff, they don't really expect you to ship. Just like if you go to a restaurant and pay for food, you don't really expect them to serve it to you.
