I bought some headphones for 175$ and I ha a 15 day money back. I was not pleased and messaged the buyer countless times and he didn't reply until I opened a case. After the case he gave me a return address and said he would refund me right away so I sent the headphones back and he went back to ignoring me until I got his phone number and finally contacted him and he has been stalling me for about 1 month and a half. And he said he will refund me the money the 1st or 2nd but that never came and I've been texting him but he's been reading and ignoring all my texts. I really need the money for school. I contacted PayPal a month ago and they told me to wait it out. What should I do?

You need to refile the case against the seller. Try to convince the court that the seller should must be given a time-period in which they or the responsible body will have to pay your claimed cost along with fine for harassment. You are on strong side so don't be afraid to loose and continue fighting for you fundamental right as a consumer.

Did you use Delivery Confirmation when you shipped it back? If not, you can't prove the seller received the item and you're SOL.
I'm guessing this is what happened and the seller is not refunding you because you have massively p*ssed him off with your harassment. Actual grown-ups with real lives do not want to be contacted "countless times" by lifeless brats. Treat other people well, and you may find that they treat you well.

go file a dispute right now time is not on your side go file for a refund RIGHT NOW!
