i listed my item a few hours ago and ive tried logging out and searching the exact name of my listing but it hasnt came up. I can see it if i go to what im selling on my account but not if i search it in. I need to be able to find it by searching it because i need to bid on it on my other account! When will i be able to see it?

You can't bid on it from any other account. That's called bid shilling and is highly illegal.
Hopefully eBay is watching, will catch you and will kick you off of ebay.
