I've seen people with a lot of Twitter followers. How do they get this many??

Twitter followers are based upon your tweets. For instance, if you tweet about guitars often enough, a user such as (I'm making this up) guitar_tweets will follow you.

Well, if you want a lot of twitter followers, just contact people. Ask friends or post interesting things about your Business and follow other people and they might follow back.
