To prevent depression? - Krissy - 04-08-2014 09:44 PM

How can I prevent becoming depressed? I'm a twenty year old female I've had a lot of personal issues lately that has been taking a serious toll on me. All I do I cry and when I get upset I pick at the acne on my face so I have my face a mess. My cousin was put in jail for statutory rape so I have gossip all over Facebook about my family being scumbags because of his actions. I have people making up rumors I was also raped.

Someone slashed my tire the other day. The guy I've been with almost two years told me he was done yesterday because I haven't saved any money and it seems like I'll never change, then he was fine so I'm beyond scared. I've been so sick the past two days and when I woke up this morning my chest hurt so bad. What can I do!? I hate being like this! ):

oh this does sound like a sad story. it is hard not to pick i know but if you wish to make an effort to stop it you can get some white cotton gloves to wear when you sit watching tv or where ever you find yourself picking. of course if you are picking in the mirror then you are too driven so you need to shock stop and just refuse to touch them. however this whole not picking is hard so treat it as you would to quit smoking...if you fail just restart right away.

as far as the social media... breaking free from this will do you surprisingly well so fu c em live life the old fashioned way. the guy maybe cutting free because of your family issue.. do not fret boys take many years past 20 to start to become men and boys always will criticize their girl when they feel small so as to make themselves feel better at your expense.
now as far as your spending... just what are you spending on that he seems to make notice of?

As he says I'll spend my last penny if I had too. I buy anything I want. Which sounds horrible, my brother says he agrees with my guy because they all say the same thing. I have so many body products and skin products. Once I couldn't even pay my car insurance because I spent my paycheck at the mall. I truly want to change not just for my guy to see me in a new light but also for my family and especially myself. I can't keep going like this or I'll never have a home or family of my own.
