to create a website you simply need to create the html files and scripts and upload it to a web hosting account ,, it can be either free or paid. they will also give you a domain name , if you want a http://www.yourwebsite.com domain then it wont be free, it would cost approx $10 to $12, other wise you can get a free subdomain like ,,, yourwebsite.something.com ..

Hi,
To summarize the attached article, here is what you need:
1) Find a Theme/Topic/Niche
2) Keyword research on possible names that are not competitive (SEO purpose)
3) Purchase Domain
4) Find Web Host (Usually webhost provide domain purchase as well)
5) Download Content Management System (CMS) Wordpress is widely used and user friendly
6) Find and download theme for website or create your own
7) Download Plugins and widgets to customize website
8) Create Content
9) Optimize Your Website for SEO
10) Build Links
If you want to create a free website, you can use the following free platforms. However, keep in mind that uisng the free platforms, you can't have a customized URL. Your url will be something like http://www.yoursite.blogger.com
http://www.wordpress.com
http://www.blogger.com
http://www.xanga.com
http://www.tumblr.com

first decide u want a domain of your own or use another domain service.
if u want to register domain then bigrock.in u can register domain
if u want to use free service then weebly.com, webs.com u can avail the service.

If you dont know a lot about making a website, you can make websites using many other websites. They allow free websites with ads and paid, with your own domain (yourname.com). The websites in order from my best to the worst is:
http://www.wix.com
http://www.webs.com
http://www.webnode.com
If you some things about website designing, but not a lot, you can get a web-host, and domain, from Go Daddy or something like that (if you want free host xtreemhost is the best), and then put Joomla or Word press sites on your website. Detailed instructions are available on joomla.com and word press.org.
If you know a lot about websites you should design it on adobe dreamweaver, and host it to a web host or your own server with a domain name.
