So is there any way someone can earn free Facebook likes on their photo? It's for my GF actually, i have over 1000 likes on my photos, but my GF doesn't have a lot... So is there a way?

I think it's interesting that you phrase it so she can "earn free Facebook likes". This isn't earning anything. What you want is to get pity likes, which I would hope your girlfriend won't appreciate. It shows you have no confidence in her at all.
If she wants likes, she needs to post interesting stuff. No cheat is worth it.
Likes aren't important, though you seem to think so since you ask about your girlfriend, then beg for likes on YOUR picture. What a guy....
