I want to buy an android phone within 7k budget. Main features i need are min 2MP cam, good touchscreen that doesnt lag, and apps should run well (like whatsapp, instagram). Can you suggest some?

dont buy lower and mid range android phones
they hangs many time and perform very poor

Go for xperia tipo, features 3mp camera, 3.2inch screen, android ics, 480p video, slim & easy to hold, good battery backup otherwise go for micromax ninja a89 features 3mp cam, 4inch screen, android ics, 480p video but looks are not so good.
Dont go for samsung phones, they are only good above 18k.
